How much will my cake cost?

For this reason it is best to contact us for a personalised design and quote. If you have a particular budget to work with, we are more than happy to work with you in the design stage and create a beautiful cake that suits your budget.

How far in advance do I need to order my cake?

Generally the earlier you can make your booking the better. Organising your wedding cake early for the popular wedding months (spring/autumn) will avoid disappointment, as these times book very quickly. We start taking bookings for all orders up to 12 months in advance.

A minimum of 4 weeks notice is desirable however, cakes can be made on short notice but will depend on availability and prior bookings.

Can I choose a different flavour for each tier?

Yes definitely! You can choose any combination of flavours or choose to have all tiers in the one flavour.

Will my cake be delivered?

The Cake Lady’ offers free delivery within a 20km radius of the Ipswich CBD for all orders over $200. This includes cake setup at your chosen venue. Delivery is also available for other areas but will incur a fee.

Can I make an after hours appointment?

Yes. After hours appointments are available on request but depend on ‘The Cake Lady’s’ availability.

Where are you located?

‘The Cake Lady’ is located in Ipswich, but does service the areas of Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Indooroopilly, Goodna, Toowoomba and other suburbs.
