There’s nothing like fresh baked bread!!

In this class you will learn the basics of bread making, tips on ingredient selection, making dough, proving, hand shaping dough and creating the perfect baking environment for your breads.

This class will teach you how to achieve the perfect bread using ingredients and equipment that you will find in any home kitchen. No need for any fancy commercial equipment.

Products produced in the class will be French style Baguettes, Loaves and Pizza.

All baked products will be divided at the end of class to take home.

What to Bring:

  • All participants must wear enclosed footwear!
  • Please bring an apron, pen and paper (all recipes made on the day will be emailed out after the class)
